The powder is used to make kneidlach easily kosher for Passover.
OSEM kosher Passover kneidlach does not contain preservatives or food coloring.
Preparation instructions:
for airy kneidlach
- 1. Beat four eggs with two tablespoons of oil in a bowl.
- 2. Add the bag's contents and stir until a firm texture is obtained.
- 3. Pause the mixture for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
- 4. Wet your hands with water and make dumplings.
- 5. Cook the dumplings in boiling water with 6 grams (1 teaspoon) of salt per 2 liters of water or fresh soup for 12 minutes.
For classic kneidlach
- 1. Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl.
- 2. Mix 2/3 cup (140 ml) of boiling water well.
- 3. Wait for about 2 minutes.
- 4. Add two eggs and stir until a uniform texture is obtained.
- 5. Pause the mixture for 8-10 minutes.
- 6. Wet your hands in water and form dumplings
- 7. Cook the dumplings in boiling water with 6 grams (1 teaspoon) of salt per 2 liters of water or fresh soup for 8 minutes.

Matzah flour (78%) (contains wheat gluten), palm oil, salt, leavening agents, sugar, spice extracts (black pepper and onion), and antioxidants (rosemary extract).
