Apply lanolin after each feeding until the skin fully absorbs it. It is also recommended to apply lanolin before every shower to keep the nipples' skin moist. 
The ointment can also treat chapped lips or dehydrated skin.
On frigid days, it is recommended to warm the tube slightly between the palms of your hands.

Instructions for use:
After each feeding, apply a pea-sized amount of the ointment to the nipple and gently massage it in until the skin absorbs it. Remove the ointment before the next feeding.
