Instructions for use:
To protect well from the sun's radiation, the preparation must be applied frequently in sufficient amounts to create a generous layer and achieve uniform, adequate skin coverage in all areas exposed to the sun. 
It must be applied twice in a row before going out in the sun, and every 2 hours while exposed to the sun.
Use the stick on all exposed body parts and, if necessary, complete the application manually.
You should reapply it if you sweat, come into contact with water, or wipe the skin with a towel.
