Nutri Care Turbo Slim Capsules, High-Fiber Supplement, 120 Capsules

Turbo Slim capsules from Nutri Care are a high-fiber dietary supplement made for adults. Each pack contains 120 capsules, a one-month supply at the label dose.

What is in Turbo Slim capsules

The brand lists these ingredients:

• Glucomannan, a fiber from the konjac plant that expands when mixed with water
• CLA, a fatty acid
• Garcinia Cambogia, a fruit extract that contains hydroxycitric acid (HCA)
• Chromium picolinate, a mineral

Check the pack for the full ingredient list and for the amount of each ingredient.

How to take it

The label directs you to take 2 capsules twice daily. Drink plenty of water with every dose so the glucomannan fiber can expand properly. The brand recommends at least 8 glasses of water daily. Use it together with nutritious meals and regular physical activity. Do not take more than the amount printed on the label.

Who it is for

The brand formulates this supplement for adults who follow a balanced diet and exercise regularly. The capsules are easy to swallow, and they fit into a daily routine. Keep the pack in a cool, dry place and out of the reach of young children.
