Samaritan tahini is made from 100% pure, ground sesame seeds using millstones that preserve the authentic taste of the tahini.
In a small factory in Har Gerizim, owned by the Samaritan Cohen family, "Har Bracha" tahini is produced - kosher and excellent tahini.

"Har Bracha" tahini is made from the best raw materials. The sesame used to make tahini is imported from Ethiopia and produced using an old-fashioned method that yields an exceptionally delicious product. 
The factory located on Mount Gerizim produces about 1.5 tons of tahini per day.

Tahina is kosher under the supervision of the Badatz.
