Instructions for use:
Apply the cream about half an hour before going out into the sun. Spread it evenly on the skin of the face and body with massaging movements until completely absorbed. 
You should apply it twice a row to create a generous and uniform layer of sun protection covering all parts of the skin exposed to the sun. 
It must be applied every two hours and should be used again after sweating, entering water, and wiping the skin with a towel.
