Instructions for use:
Apply the cream about 30 minutes before going out into the sun. Spread it evenly over the face and body with massaging movements until completely absorbed. 
You should apply it twice a row to create a generous, uniform layer of sun protection that covers all parts of the skin exposed to the sun. 
It must be reapplied every 2 hours and after sweating, entering water, or wiping the skin with a towel.
