The Hawayij spice, intended for cooking, contains turmeric, cumin, cloves, cardamom, garlic, fenugreek, black or white pepper, and more.

Hawayij is usually intended to cook soup and is a healthy chicken soup substitute.
Hawayij has a very dominant taste, which cannot be missed.

The spice contains turmeric and cinnamon, which are attributed to many medicinal properties:

• Turmeric contains the active substance 'curcumin', which has occupied many researchers in recent years, studies have revealed that curcumin is one of the most powerful anti-cancer substances in nature, since it can eliminate cancer cells and is also anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.
