Collagen Triple contains three active ingredients:
Hydrolyzed collagen peptides from Japan, hyaluronic acid, and non-acidic vitamin C.
The recommended dose is up to 3 tablets per day.

Ingredients:
Collagen hydrolyzate from fish, calcium ascorbate, hyaluronic acid, stabilizers (carnauba wax, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), and humectant (glycerin). 
Contains fish collagen.
