Laline Ocean Body Oil

The Laline Ocean Body Oil is a fast-absorbing, lightweight oil in the Ocean fragrance from Laline. The 100 ml (3.33 fl oz) frosted glass bottle has a gold pump spray. Mist it on, then massage it into the skin. According to the label, the formula is paraben-free.

What's in the Ocean Body Oil

The formula is built on Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride and C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate. Both are lightweight emollients that help it spread easily without feeling greasy. Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil and Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil add nourishing plant oils. Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil and Triticum Vulgare (Wheat) Germ Oil round out the blend. Cetearyl Ethylhexanoate gives it a silky, non-sticky finish, and Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E) adds an antioxidant. Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, and Chlorphenesin are the preservatives.

About the Ocean scent

Ocean is the name Laline gives this fragrance, not a literal ingredient. The label lists no marine or aquatic extract. The scent comes from Parfum, along with Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil and Pogostemon Cablin (Patchouli) Oil. The label declares several fragrance allergens: coumarin, butylphenyl methylpropional, benzyl alcohol, and benzyl benzoate. The label also lists benzyl salicylate, hexyl cinnamal, citral, and alpha-isomethyl ionone. The list also includes citronellol, amyl cinnamal, geraniol, limonene, linalool, hydroxycitronellal, and hydroxyisohexyl 3-cyclohexene carboxaldehyde. If your skin is sensitive, check the full ingredient list on the bottle first.

How to use it

Massage a small amount into the skin, ideally while it is still damp after a shower. Use until fully absorbed. This product is for external use only, so avoid contact with the eyes.
