Daily Routine Tips

Pick a moment your family enjoys, such as after breakfast. A pleasant chocolate flavor makes the habit easy to keep. One unit a day means a pack lasts 20 days. Set a reminder on your phone if you tend to forget. Keep the pack where you can see it. Pair the routine with a varied diet and plenty of water. Check the expiry date when you open a new pack. Let your child choose the time of day. Many families pick the evening. Tell everyone at home about the plan.

Storage Tips

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of children's reach. Do not exceed the amount on the label. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a health condition, ask your doctor first.
