Using fenugreek as a spice plant is common in many kitchens worldwide.

The plant's fresh leaves and seeds are considered a dominant spice in Ayurvedic medicine (ancient Indian medicine).

Fenugreek contains many active ingredients, including alkaloids, mucilages, and saponins, which make it therapeutically effective in treating arthritis, asthma, and bronchitis, as well as improving digestive processes and curing skin problems. 
It also increases breast milk production and reduces blood sugar levels.

Contains a unique extract of fragrant fenugreek seeds + chromium picolinate with improved absorption.

Component:
Unique Fenupure Halva Seed Extract contains at least 80% galactomannan 700 mg.
Chromium (From chromium picolinate) 300 mcg
Gymnema Sylvestre contains at least 75% dynamic acid, 120 mg
Biotin 150 mcg 

Instructions for use:
1 to 2 capsules per day. It should be taken about 20 minutes before a meal.
Drink a glass of water or a beverage containing the capsules, as instructed on the product's label.
Separate this product from other medicines/supplements for 20 minutes.
