The use of fenugreek as a spice plant is common in many kitchens around the world.

The use is the fresh leaves of the plant and also in the seeds that are considered one of the dominant spices in Ayurvedic medicine (ancient Indian medicine).

Fenugreek contains many active ingredients including alkaloids, mucilages, and saponins - which give it therapeutic effectiveness in helping with arthritis, asthma, bronchitis, improving digestive processes, and curing skin problems.
It is also used to increase breast milk production, and reduce blood sugar levels

Contains a unique extract of fragrant fenugreek seeds + chromium picolinate with improved absorption.

Component:
Unique Fenupure Halva Seed Extract contains at least 80% galactomannan 700 mg
Chromium (From chromium picolinate) 300 mcg
Gymnema Sylvestre plant contains at least 75% gymnamic acid 120 mg
Biotin 150 mcg

Instructions for use:
1 to 2 capsules per day. It should be taken about 20 minutes before a meal.
Drink with the capsules a glass of water or a drink because of the adequacy of the product.
Separate this product from other medicines/supplements for 20 minutes.
