Instructions for use and storage:
For the first three days 2 capsules every 12 hours.
Below: 1 capsule a day is recommended to take about half an hour after a meal.
Store in a cool, dry place, keeping the lid tightly closed.
Once opened it is recommended to store refrigerated.
