Shiitake mushroom capsules are made from mushroom powder from a full spectrum—FULL SPECTRUM—which contains all parts of the mushroom: the mycelium, the fruit body, the spores, and the extracellular compound that the mushroom produces and secretes outside the cell into its environment. They also contain a concentrated DE dry extract to enhance the activity for an optimal range. 

The main active substances in mushrooms are polysaccharides, among them beta-glucan, which is attributed to most health benefits. Bara Plants' mushroom series products are the only ones with a guaranteed concentration of polysaccharides and beta-glucan.
