Propolis, sometimes called propolis resin, is a natural product bees produce.

Bees use propolis to protect their hives.

The bees produce propolis from the sap of various trees and plants, giving it unique properties. In the beehive, propolis is used to close cavities, seal cracks, disinfect, and protect against parasites and bacterial infections.

The antiseptic properties of propolis have been known to humans for thousands of years, and studies have shown that propolis contains potent antioxidants, contributing to natural resilience.

How to use:
In daily use:
Thirty drops once a day.  

When needed:
Twenty drops 3-4 times a day/ can be mixed with water or juice.
