Our digestive system is home to trillions of bacteria, some of which are beneficial, some of which are harmful, and some of which are neutral.
"Probiotics" refers to "good" bacteria that benefit our health. 

Bacteria such as Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium, and others have been studied as positive and beneficial probiotics and are critical components in supporting our natural resilience. 

How to use:
Take one capsule twice a day, about half an hour after a meal (half a capsule for children).
If the capsule cannot be swallowed, it can be opened, and its contents sprinkled on the food.
The taste is neutral and not noticeable.
