Instructions for use:
To protect well against the sun's radiation, apply the preparation frequently and in sufficient quantity to create a generous layer and achieve uniform, adequate coverage of all areas exposed to the sun. 
Apply it twice in a row before going out in the sun, and every 2 hours while exposed to the sun.
Please reapply if you sweat, get wet, or wipe your skin with a towel.
