Instructions for use:
For hair:
Before washing, rub a small amount of coconut oil between your palms, then gently massage the entire length of your hair, focusing on the ends.
It is not recommended to apply to the root. Leave for 30 minutes, then wash thoroughly twice with shampoo.
Recommended for use as a hair mask 1-2 times a week.
For the body:
For best results, apply coconut oil to damp or dry skin or add it to the bath.
Apply a small amount in the desired areas for dry skin, lips, and nails.
