Using fenugreek as a spice plant is common in many kitchens worldwide.

The plant's fresh leaves and seeds are considered a dominant spice in Ayurvedic medicine (ancient Indian medicine).

Chromium (From chromium picolinate) 300 mcg
Gymnema Sylvestre contains at least 75% dynamic acid 120 mg
Biotin 150 mcg 

Instructions for use:
1 to 2 capsules per day. It should be taken about 20 minutes before a meal.
Drink a glass of water or a drink with the capsules because of the adequacy of the product.
