Follow the instructions provided by the washing machine manufacturer. For a 5 kg load of everyday laundry, use 1/3 of a standard domestic cup of powder (66 ml or 36 grams). For heavily soiled laundry, double the dose to 2/3 of a standard domestic cup of powder (approximately 130 ml or 72 grams). For very dirty and stained laundry, it's recommended to pre-wash and treat the stains before washing with a double dose.
