Instructions for use:
To protect well against the sun's radiation, apply the preparation frequently and in sufficient quantity to create a generous layer and achieve uniform, adequate coverage of all areas exposed to the sun. 
Apply twice in a row before going out in the sun, and every 2 hours while exposed to the sun.
Please reapply if you sweat, come into contact with water, or wipe the skin with a towel.

Use within 12 months of opening.
